Offer necessary service to guest.
为客人提供帮助和服务。
Conduct regular safety patrol, find out anyobscuration of accidents, take necessary measures and report to higher level ontime.
定期对酒店进行安全巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。
Take good care of communication facilities andskillfully operate all fire control equipment.
爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。
Record problems during patrolling and report,examine and monitor with polite once find suspicious personnel and articles.
详细记录巡查过程中发现的问题，上报处理，发现可疑人员和事物要礼貌地进行盘查、监控。
Security Officer working at staff entrancethey should do as follows:
当保安员在员工通道值班时应做到以下几点：
1) Keepthe external visitor registration form filled in correctly. Be warm and kind toany visitors and report to management if any suspects were found.
认真填写来访客人登记表和填写外来人员登记卡，使用文明礼貌用语，接待好每一位来访客人，同时，若发现可疑的人和事需要及时报告。
2) Conductrandom bag inspections of Team Members entering and leaving the building.Ensure asset removal policy is adhered to, to prevent hotel assets beingremoved from the hotel without the proper authority.
在员工进出酒店时对其包裹进行随机检查。遵寻酒店财物管理的原则，在未行到特许的情况下严禁酒店财物外流。
3) Noflammable or explosive items, corrosive, drug or edge tool brought into hotel.
不得将易燃、易爆、腐蚀品、毒品、利器工具带入酒店。
4) Noliquor brought into hotel.
酒类饮品禁带入酒店。
5) Noitems which has same label with hotel property brought into hotel.
禁带和酒店相同的物品进入酒店。
6) Noproperty or items without clarification taken out of hotel if there is noGate-Pass permission form signed.
若无出门通行证，不可携带酒店财产或不可证明之物（包括废弃物品）离开酒店。
7) Anyitems under the same label or brand of hotel will be detained and make a recordto the name and Employee No. of the involved person.
凡发现与酒店经营物品相同的，一律扣下，并记清名字及员工号。
8) Thelent-out articles should the valid Gate-pass permission form be signed. Whenthe articles are returned the permission form will be wrote-off. The lentcompany should pay for any damage involved. The invoice should be given out inpurchasing or refunding.
外借物品运出要备有统一有效的出门证，运回时予以清点，注销出门证。如有损坏，借用单位在出门证上给予注明并得到有关部门认可。外购或退货物品要备有发票。
9) Keepthe deposited keys in good condition and fulfill the key-lent procedure.
妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全。
10) Keepworkplace cleaned well.
保持本岗位的干净整洁。
Security Officer working at hotel lobby theyshould do as follows:
当保安员在酒店大堂值班时要做到以下几点：
1) Familiarwith all restaurants and locations, consumption level, operation time, guideguests to use the most convenient route to reach the destination.
熟知各餐厅及部位，消费水准，服务时间，引导客人使用最便捷的路线到达目的地。
2) Takethe initiative to arrange the elevator for the guest and control the guestelevator number. (About 10 guests each time)
主动为客人安排电梯，控制客梯乘坐人数。（每次10人左右）
3) Providespecial services to the elderly, children and the disabled, and focus on thedrunkards and the incapacitated and the people who accompany them. People whoare excluded from pornography or other illegal activities should be recognizedand harassed.
给予老人、儿童和残疾人以特别的服务，关注醉酒者和无行为能力者以及陪同他们的人们。排斥从事色情或其他不法活动的人等搭识、骚扰客人。
