Givesprompt efficient and courteous services to guests, members, and visitors.

Whenpossible, quickly acts on complaints of guests’ timely relay all othercomplaints to manager.

Conductsactivities and services for guests, members and registered children whilegiving proper instruction and safety reminders. Abides by rules ®ulations and policies and procedures of hotel.

Manageand upkeep the office equipment and administrative file.

Liaisewith the membership card making company and coordinate with the representativewith regards to the member’s membership card issue and ensure its smoothtransitions. All membership cards must not take more than 2 weeks to produceunless it’s a public holiday, this is unforeseen. All membership cards can onlybe processed upon manager approval.

Allmembership renewal, Kiosk sales and also to collect and update all reports ofother section manager.

Ensuresonly qualified persons such as in- house guests, members and guests who paidthe entrance fee are allowed to use the facilities.

Typememo and do filing work.
完成发备忘录和存档的工作。
Tohave knowledge of the hotel rooms, hotel services, relative facilities and Foodand beverage outlets.

Ensurehealth and safety codes are implemented and oversee the personal hygiene and groomingstandards of department associates.
