Thisposition is concerned with repair & maintenance of all guestroom and publicarea and assist to manage all decoration technicians in his section.

Assist General supervision of decoration technicianand the allocation of work and distribution of the workforce in accordance withinstructions from Duty Engineer.
协助全面管理装饰班组的工作并按值班工程师的指令安排工作。
Schedulepreventive maintenance for the room maintenance.
对客房作出维修保养计划。
Superviseand coordinate the installation, renovation and modification in guestrooms.
监督和协调客房的安装，更新和改造项目。
Follow up all the repair and maintenance work done byEngineering Departmentaccording to the check list and trouble report.
跟踪检查记录和客房问题报告及时进行维修。
Assistin Energy Saving Program.
协助执行节能计划。
Beresponsible for recommending disciplinary action.
负责对下属员工的过失行为提出处理建议。
Perform as a basic fire fighting member. React immediatelyto a fire alarm / information in case of fire.
应成为义务消防队的一员。一旦出现火情立即作出反应。
Work on daily trouble reportsassigned by maintenance supervisor and report when jobsare completed.
根据维修主管分配的维修单进行维修，完成后及时反馈。
Keep the working area cleanand tidy.
保持工作区域干净整洁。
Strongexperience of guestroom repair and maintenance system.
有较强的客房维护保养经验。
Somepainter, carpenter, mason, architecture, electric and mechanic knowledge.
具备基本的油漆工、木工、泥工、建筑、电和机修的知识。
MediumEnglish level.
具备中等英语水平。
