工作职责：
Prepare departmental fire & safety rules, standard operation procedure of hotel CCTV.
负责制定酒店各部门有关消安全工作制度， 以及酒店消防中心设施设备标准操作程序。
Responsible for the entire fire system and fire equipment operation of hotel. Report to Director of Safety & Security/Assistant Safety & Security Manager in a timely manner on finding any unusual questions.
对酒店的消防安全及消防设施设备正常运行负有一定责任，发现问题及时向安全保障部经理/副经理汇报。
Organize the training activities of Fire prevention evacuation knowledge and Fire equipment standard operation for all hotel team members according to their different position.
根据酒店岗位特点负责对酒店全体员工进行消防安全知识培训以及消防器材的使用和操作讲解。
Cooperate with the Engineering Department to prepare hotel fire system and equipment regular operation standard. Then prepare the inspection standard for the hotel fire system and equipment.
根据要求与酒店工程部合作制定酒店消防设施，设备的正常运作标准，并根据该标准制定安保部对酒店消防设施，设备的检查标准。
Organize the training of fire equipment regular maintenance, maintenance record and fixed－point operation inspection for fire control center team members, accomplishing regular fixed time, and fixed point.
负责监督安全保障部消防监控中心员工对酒店消防器材和设备的保养以及检查运行状态，并作好检查保养记录工作，做到定时，定位，定点。
Regular follow up, adjust and upgrade the performance of the fire－prevention regulations.
定期检查酒店消防安全制度执行情况，并提出整改意见和方案。
Organize the training and fire drill for volunteer fire team members, help them accurately operate according to the fire emergency pre－plan during the fire alarm situation, frequently organize the simulative practice of emergency evacuation plan in the hotel.
负责对酒店义务消防队员培训，演练，做到在火警状态下能准确按火警预案操作，并定期在酒店内进行模拟火警紧急疏散方案演练。
Create fire and safe filing system according to the local municipal regulations. Pay attention to collect, analyze and study the hotel fire cases. Also search and improve the weakness of hotel fire system.
根据地区政府规定建立健全酒店消防安全管理档案，注意收集有关酒店的火灾案例进行定期分析研究寻找本酒店的消防安全薄弱环节作好及时整改工作。
Organize the training program of the fire team members concerned people regarding the equipment standard operation procedure and maintenance of faulty equipment.
负责对消防监控中心人员培训有关安保监控等其它安保设备的标准操作方法。检查标准，保养方法，以及掌握故障发生记录处理程序。
According to the control equipment of major area prepared by the Director of Safety & Security/Assistant Safety & Security Manager. Organize the training of job responsibilities for control team members.
根据安全保障部总监的要求，制定的重点区域控制要求，培训人员上岗操作要求，职责。
Periodically do the team members performance appraisal, point out and settle the problem in their work.
负责对所管辖的员工工作定期评估，及时纠正或解决员工工作中遇到的问题。
Know well own responsibilities on sighting emergency accidents.
掌握消防应急预案及危急事件发生时自己的职责。
Attend regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and update the performance of the Department as a whole.
定期参加例行会议，回顾本分部门的工作情况并提出调整和改善的意见。
Check daily on－duty record; know well the recorded information and Hotel major machine room situations controlled by fire control center.
每天检查当班记录，掌握各班记录的设备，设施及酒店重点机房的消防监控情况。
任职资格：
Mater the safety measures per national laws and regulations, and also local rules and regulations of Shanghai City.
掌握安全措施/国家法律、法规,上海城市的地方性法规。
Mater the hotel security management and etiquette knowledge.
掌握酒店治安消防专业知识和礼节礼貌常识。
Ability to deal with emergency cases and incidents.
有处理突发案件和事故的能力。
Be able to coordinate the good relationship with public security organs and all departments in hotels.
能协调好与公安机关和酒店各部门之间的关系。
To be capable of training the team member.
能够对员工进行培训。
Should have at least 3 years’ experience in security and fire control field.
应至少具有三年的有关保卫防火领域的工作经验。
Holder certificate of fire safety administrator.
拥有消防安全管理员证书。
Language ability and can write a variety of business documents.
语言表达能力强，能书写各种业务公文。
Senior high school graduates or have equivalent.
高中毕业或具有同等学历。
