岗位职责:
1、Organize and lead the staff to carry out daily maintenance work to ensure that the quality of the completed work meets the requirements of the hotel;
组织并带领员工进行日常的各项维修工作,确保所完成工作的质量符合酒店的要求;
2、Report the abnormal situation in work to superiors in a timely manner;
对工作中出现的异常情况及时向上级领导汇报;
3、Assist the on-duty engineer in staff management, maintenance work and planning, promote staff to achieve common goals and strengthen team spirit.
协助值班工程师做好员工的管理、各项维修工作及计划,推动员工达到共同目标,加强团队精神.
4、Arrange and supervise the maintenance and working procedures of the hotel system equipment;
酒店各系统设备的维修保养与工作程序的安排和督导;
5、Ensure that the maintenance of all hotel systems and equipment is up to the first class level and standards;
确保酒店各系统设备的维修保养达到一流的水平和标准;
6、Do preventive maintenance, energy conservation and cost control procedures;
做预防性的维修保养,能源保护和成本控制程序;
7、Ensure proper records are kept during maintenance of all systems and equipment in the hotel;
确保酒店各系统设备在维修中有适当的记录;
8、Correct control and management of all equipment, tools and materials;
正确的控制、管理所有设备、工具和物料;
