职责描述
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解，并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销
根据所定的程序引领客人入座、接受点菜及为客人服务食品及饮料
向客人呈送菜单，回答客人问询并为客人提供关于食品、饮料及服务的建议。
以支持和灵活的态度与其他员工紧密合作，着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度
岗位要求
形象气质佳
持有餐饮管理相关证书
出色的餐饮服务技巧
熟悉酒类与其他餐饮项目的知识
具有国际品牌酒店2年以上餐厅领班的工作经验
Job Description
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives
Seats, takes orders and serves food and beverage toguest according to the established sequence and procedures
Presents menu, answers enquiries and makes suggestions regarding food, beverage and service to restaurant guests.
Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
Employee Specification
Good apperance and temperament
Qualification in Food and Beverage Service training
Excellent food and beverage service skills
Good knowledge of wines and other beverages
Minimum 2 years work experience as Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
