Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is a global hotel company with properties located in major cities and four continents under The Langham Hotels and Resorts, Cordis Hotels and Resorts, Ying'nFlo brands. It is the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, a property development company in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Director of F&B is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of whole Food & Beverage Department. To ensure guest services and products are delivered according to the standard to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Meets financial objectives based on budget or forecast.
- To ensure that an effective marking approach is applied to all outlets in his Food and Beverage Operations.
- To continuously seek ways to management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
- Prepare and manage an effective cost budget with measurable targets for the Department within the financial parameters set down by the hotel budget.
- Participates in schedule training and development programs provided by the hotel to improve self and department standards.
Qualifications:
· Luxury Hospitality segment experience will be preferred.
· 3+ years as Director of Food & Beverage at international hotels.
· Pre-opening experience will be preferred.
· Strong interpersonal skills & leadership.
· Good knowledge of Food and Beverage Management.
· Achieves goals and objectives and manages with regular performance checks.
· Fluent written & spoken English.
. Familiar with Jiangsu, Shanghai market will be highly advantageous.
