Job Summary:
Provide personal and operation administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President - Operations, China by performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, setting up and scheduling meetings, screening visitors and making travel arrangements in order to facilitate the completion of tasks. Provide office admin support for colleagues.
- Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
- Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc.
- Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
- Arranging internal / external appointments
- Handling reservation as requested
- Translating service by request
- Preparing monthly operational results for meetings with hotels
- Taking minutes as requested
- Purchase, reimbursement and other administration work
Qualifications:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good communications and writing skills
- University degree in Hospitality Management or Secretarial Study
- Native in Mandarin
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
