· Responsible for HR Department & all hotel employees’ attendant issue, such as leave record and overtime record etc..
· 负责管理部门及酒店的有关假期、加班等考勤事务。
· Responsible for management and maintain all the office FF&E and stationery and cooperate with related department to make inventory checking when necessary.
· 管理好办公室所有固定资产及文具等物品并配合相关部门做好盘点工作。
· If necessary, to be responsible for prepare and submit periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and Hotel requirements
· 如有必要,按照集团及酒店要求,定期制定并提交相关报告。
· Maintain general filing systems
· 维护档案管理系统。
· Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
· 了解其他部门和单位的职责并与其密切合作。
· Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
· 准备各类文件、报告、往来信函及其他相关商务文件。
· Responsible for all the departmental documents sending, deliver and follow up.
· 负责部门所有文件的传递及跟进工作。
· Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
· 对于任何事务应一贯保持高度机密。
· Access and use work processing computer packages and keep up to date with enhancements to latest upgrades
· 熟练运用办公自动化软件并掌握最新版本应用。
· Handle general enquiries
· 处理日常询问。
· Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
· 接听来电,进行电话转接、重拨或留言。
· Handling related formalities for leaving employee.
· 为离职员工办理相关手续。
