Duties And Responsibilities 职责和义务
1.Instructs Room Attendants to clean guest rooms in order of priority.
指导客房服务员清洁客房。
2.Checks floor corridors, service areas, including linen closets, storage room for cleaning equipment and Room Attendants’ comfort room.
检查楼层走廊、服务区域，包括布草房、储存室。
3.Checks Room Attendant’s proper grooming, attire, use of respective name tags; inspects maid’s carts for completeness of supplies needed for the day’s work
检查客房服务员的装扮、穿着、佩带各自的名牌；检查每天工作需要的推车。
4.Reports to Executive Housekeeper any irregularities observed on the part of the guests.
向行政管家汇报任何在顾客部分的异常情况。
5.Builds high morale and motivation and sound employee relationships.
树立高昂的斗志，并和员工相处融洽。
6.Rates performance of room attendants and Captain.
对客房服务员和领班的表现做出评估。
7.Performs other duties that may be assigned.
履行其他可能被安排的相关任务。
8.Informs the Duty Manager and Security Department if valuables are left in the open. Follows standard procedures in handling this and similar situations at all times.
如果楼层有任何有价值的遗失物品，通知大堂经理与保安部，根据标准流程处理。
9.Ensures that all associates are aware of emergency procedures at all times.
确保部门员工了解紧急情况处理流程。
10.Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.
参加计划内员工培训课程，定期回顾在紧急事件中部门应承担的责任。
11.Ensures that all associates are aware of guidelines governing complaints handling.
确保部门员工了解投诉处理的指导原则。
12.Personally attends to all guest complaints immediately and initiates immediate resolution.
亲身处理客人的任何投诉，并立即采取解决措施。
13.Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.
与同事保持良好关系，为团队建设做贡献
14.Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules & Regulations.

Job Specification 工作要求
1.College graduate.
大学专科毕业。
2.2 years’ experience.
2年工作经验。
3.Aggressive and personable.
