RESPONSIBILITIES:
职责描述
1. To ensure that all work requests are
properly logged on the work request logbook, and it is updated appropriately at
the end of each shift duty.
保证将所有维修申请都详细记录在工作交接记录本上,在交班时必须及时更新工作完成情况。
2. To response to guest request or complaints
promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
及时处理客人维修要求和投诉,避免客人不便和不安。
3. To maintain tools keys, maintenance
equipment, parts and materials for general repairs in guestroom, public and
service areas properly.
要保证在对客房、公共区域进行一般性维修所需的工具和材料的充足
4. To conduct inspection tour and checking on
all the operating systems and plants status according to the check list. To
lookout for the abnormal working condition and take remedial actions
accordingly. To report such abnormality to Chief engineer attention.
进行当班巡查以及按照工作核查表检查系统和机电设备运行情况。及时发现不正常的运行情况并采取补救措施。将发现的问题及时汇报。
5. To complete detailed shift hand over to the
oncoming shift leader, both in written and oral manner. The hand over should
include all uncompleted and still in progress work, all equipment that
breakdown, status of work request, backlog, working tools, pagers, walkie
talkie, keys, parts and materials, etc.
交班时详细完成当班工作记录,进行口头和书面交班。交接工作内容包括未完成和正在进行的工作,发生故障的设备,维修工作完成情况,存货情况,工作用具,传呼,对讲机,钥匙,零件和材料等。
