MAJOR FUNCTION 主要功能 :
Maximizerevenue for the hotel through three areas: excellent event execution, upselling, and effective management of groups. Executing superior events will strengthen customer loyalty and increaserepeat business opportunities. Upselling of events will result in increased total event revenue. Careful and accurate forecasting of rooms andcatering functions, will allow for better revenue management, and increasedtotal hotel revenue. 在宴会目标的执行,再销售和团队管理上帮助酒店达到最高的利润。负责重要的宴会来使得客人提高对酒店的忠诚度或成为回头客。同时,做到宴会中的再销售使得酒店的宴会利润得到提高。对宴会和房间进行准确和仔细的预报,这会帮助我们更好的做好酒店的营运收益管理和提高酒店的总体利润。
SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務 :
· Conductssite inspections when it isnecessary.如有需要,对场地进行实地考察。
· Receivesturnover documentation, ensures that information is accurate and that appropriatespace is secured. 当收到合同后,检查并确保所有的信息准确无误。
· Assignnew files to respective Executives将收到的新的合同分发给下级同事。
· Contactcustomer by phone for introduction within 24 hours reconfirms details ofprogram. Sends letter of introduction,explaining role and benefits of Event Manager.在收到合同后的24小时之内,通过电话和客人取得联系,介绍自己,确定细节。
· Managesall details of the event including food and beverage, meeting specifications,audio visual, room block, deposit follow up, and VIP requests. Up sells during event planning to increaserevenue. Confirms receipt of all signeddocuments from customer.安排所有的细节,包括餐饮部分,会议场地,音频视频设备,房间预订,定金和贵宾的要求。做到宴会中的再销售使得酒店的宴会利润得到提高。
· Forecastsgroup blocks and food and beverage projections.预报团队的房间预订和餐饮的目标。
· Communicatesevent details to operation departments through BEOs, Group Resume, Group CoverSheet and Pre-convention Meetings when needed.通过宴会预订单,房间预订单和报告单以及必要情况下召开的事前会议来确保将所有的信息传送到各个相关的部门。
· Greetscustomer at start of event on property, and remains available to customerduring the course of the event. Coordinateswith operation departments to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives toprevious arrangements.在宴会开始时向客人问候,保证在整个宴会过程中和客人保持联系。和其他相关部门做好协调解决问题或提出各种不同的建议。
· Conductspost-event follow up meeting with customer in person or by telephone. Completes post event critique and shares withsales person. Reviews invoice foraccuracy. Sends joint thank you letterwith Meeting Planner Survey to customer.在宴会结束后通过电话了解客人对宴会的评价,将信息回馈给销售部得体同事,将感谢信发给客人。
· Strivesto meet measurable targets and goals, as assigned for individual and team.帮助个人和整个团队来达到相应的目标。
