Ensure that all catering businesses are handled professionally and toassist DOES in maximizing the Catering Revenue.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES :
Manage the Event Management Centre and supervise the sales team in areasrelated to catering sales.
JOB SPECIFICATION :
Profile of Competency:
·Minimum 2-year work experience in hotel industry from a sizeable international hotel organization with catering sales / operation experience.
·Knowledge of local market and business practise.
·Ability to comply reports as required using appropriate computer software.
·Good interpersonal skills.
·Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.
Language :
·Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
Education :
·Good general education, preferably University graduates.
