值班工程师Duty Engineer

岗位职责：
1、确保所有的维修和预防维修计划都在该班内按时执行。
2、接受，分配并且跟进所有的工作单和维修单。
3、处理技术图纸，以及备货的记录和库存。
4、故障查找，操作，修理并且保养,确保区域内所有设备的清洁和正常工作。
5、在保证安全运行和营业格调的前提下，力图节省能耗，注重环境保护的新概念。
6、督导重要维修及增改工程施工，控制质量与进度。
7、协助外施工单位在本酒店的施工，保证工程质量。
Job responsibilities：
1. Ensure that all maintenance and preventive maintenance plans are implemented on time within the shift.
2. Accept, assign and follow up all work orders and maintenance orders.
3. Processing technical drawings, as well as stocking records and inventory.
4. Troubleshooting, operation, repair and maintenance to ensure the cleanness and normal operation of all equipment in the area.
5. On the premise of ensuring safe operation and business style, strive to save energy and pay attention to the new concept of environmental protection.
6. Supervise the construction of important maintenance and addition and modification projects, and control the quality and progress.
7. Assist the foreign construction unit in the construction of the hotel to ensure the quality of the project.
岗位要求：
1、2年以上同岗位工作经验及相关专业证书。
2、必须掌握机电工程设备的基础知识。
3、能组织和指挥本岗位工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
4、有强烈的责任心和配合精神，秉公办事，不谋私利，身体健康。
Job requirements ：
1. More than 2 years of work experience in the same position and relevant professional certificates.
2. Must master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering equipment.
3. Able to organize and direct the implementation of the work plan for this post to ensure the normal operation of the engineering department.
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and cooperation spirit, act impartially, not for personal gain, and be healthy.
