岗位职责
1、熟悉各种材料的性能、使用的方法、施工技巧。
2、督促下属爱护工具，节约材料，做好材料的领用、保管、耗材登记及汇报工作。
3、保持场地卫生，材料物品堆放整齐。
4、做好安全防火工作，做到不返工，保质保量完成任务。
5、负责酒店内所有水电、土木、油漆等装饰装修的维护工作，按饭店各部门改造新增项目的方案施工工作。
Job responsibilities
1. Familiar with the performance, use methods and construction skills of various materials.
2. Urge subordinates to take care of tools, save materials, and do a good job in the collection, storage, consumables registration and reporting of materials.
3. Keep the site clean and the materials and items are stacked neatly.
4. Do a good job in safety and fire prevention, do not rework, and complete the task with quality and quantity.
5. Responsible for the maintenance of all water, electricity, civil engineering, paint and other decoration in the hotel, according to the plan of the new projects of the hotel.
岗位要求
1、专科以上文化程度；1-3年以上同岗位工作经验,有上岗证。
2、身体健康,能吃耐劳。
3、1-3年以上土木,油漆装修经验,有综合维修能力强者优先。
4、沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,工作细心认真。
Job requirements
1. College degree or above; more than 1-3 years of work experience in the same position, with a work permit.
2. Be healthy and be able to work hard.
3. More than 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering and painting decoration, strong comprehensive maintenance ability is preferred.
4. Strong communication and coordination ability, good team quality, careful and conscientious work.
