1.OPERATIONAL
执行工作
To ensure that the restaurant outlet is
clean, neat and tidy at all times (follow opening-, operational- &
closingduties for both front & back of house).

To have a thorough understanding and
knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to
recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

To
assist the Outlet Manager in efficiently managing the outlet according to the
established concept statement
根据制定的规章制度协助部门经理有效地管理本部门
Provide courteous, professional, efficient and
flexible service to all guests.
向客人提供礼貌、专业、高效、灵活的服务
To assign and delegate responsibilities and
projects to subordinates.
给下级分配任务
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to all
employees in accordance with the outlet manager.
与分部门经理一起对员工进行指导
To assist in controlling the par levels,
purchasing, storage and usage of equipment and supplies.
协助控制设备和日常用品的采购量、储存量和使用量
To establish good customer relationship and
maintain guest database
与客人建立良好的关系,保留客人的信息
Keep
discreet eye contact on the guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food
and service, to respond to any additional requests and handle complaints in a
professional manner according to Kempinski standards.
与客人保持目光接触,以确认客人对食物及服务的满意,按照凯宾斯基的标准回应客人提出的任何附加的要求,处理客人的投诉
To substitute and replace the Outlet
Manager in his/her absence.
分部门经理不在岗时,代替经理完成工作

ADMINISTRATION
管理
To implement & maintain the daily log
book
保留工作日志
To prepare and submit reports (requested by
Outlet Manager or Assistant F&B Director)
准备并提交报告(分部经理或是餐饮部副总监所要求的)
To submit all guest / staff incident
reports.
提交客人/员工事件报告
To report “Lost & Found” items and
handle them in accordance to the Policy & Procedures.
按照政策和程序报告并处理失物认领
To assist in planning the outlet’s weekly
working schedules to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed to handle
the level of business.
协助制定分部门每周工作时间表,确保人员充足

FINANCIAL
财务管理
To strictly adhere to the established
operating expenses and that all costs are controlled, recorded and analyzed.
严格遵循制定的营业费用标准,对成本进行控制、记录和分析
To fully understand and operate all MICROS
functions and to process guest checks accurately
掌握如何使用操作系统,给客人提供准确的账单
Assist the Outlet Manager in preparing annual
budgets, business plans, projection of revenues / expenses and payroll control
协助分部门经理准备年度预算,经营计划,收入/支出图表,工资总支出和培训计划
5.
HOUSEKEEPING & ENGINEERING
客房服务
To keep restaurant premises, furniture,
fixtures & equipment (FF&E), silverware, glass & porcelain items
etc. clean and in good working order.
保持以下物品的清洁及功能的良好性:家具、固定装置/设备、银器、玻璃器具、瓷器等客房服务用具
To maintain general cleanliness and adhere
to hygiene standards.
保持卫生,遵循卫生标准
To ensure that all potential and real
hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
及时报告所有潜在和存在的危害,并立即处理
6.
GENERAL / HR
基本任务/人事部
Acquire a working knowledge of hotel,
in-house facilities and local information to respond to guest questions in
these areas.
学习酒店知识、客房设备和本地信息,以回答客人的问题
Performs all duties and responsibilities in
a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established policies and
procedures.
按照制定的政策和程序及时有效地履行职责
To understand and strictly adhere to the
Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s
policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health, Safety & Grooming.
理解并严格遵循员工手册和酒店政策中关于消防、卫生、健康、安全和着装的规定
To understand and strictly adhere to the
Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.
理解并严格遵循酒店员工管理规定
To report for duty punctually wearing the
correct uniform and name tag at all times.

To attend staff meetings, daily briefings
and training sessions as well as any hotel related activities
参加员工会议,日常例会,培训及酒店组织的其他活动

OCCASIONAL DUTIES

To plan, supervise and check monthly
inventories

Assisting the Outlet Manager in marketing
related activities such as F&B promotions

Ability to rotate throughout each of the
food & beverage outlets
有能力在餐饮部的各个部门工作
Understand that business demands sometimes
make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shifts to other
shifts.
由于工作需要有时会将员工从熟悉的工作环境转至其他地方

  • 国际联号工作经验:优先
  • 年龄要求:25-35岁
  • 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
