资深机电工/ Senior Technician

SUMMARY 岗位概述
 
Assist the Duty Engineer in building maintenance, diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
协助工程总监和总工程师处理楼宇设施设备的维护，判断设施设备故障并提供相关服务和维修，包括电气、给排水、蒸汽、燃气、消防和安全、暖通制冷，室内装饰、油漆和装修，并且高效率、有礼貌和专业的处理疑问和问题。在遵守四季酒店政策的同时最大限度地满足顾客的需要。
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS核心职责
 
·    Assist in the training, supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluation of performance and planning the activities of maintenance staff including making spot checks on a daily basis.
协助员工培训，监管，排班，咨询及工作表现评估和制定员工维修保养计划包括每天抽查执行情况。
·   Ensure proper execution of work order/request system and that items are followed up on when necessary.
确保工作指令和维修请求正确执行，并在必要时及时跟进。
·    Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
推进和执行所有设备的维护保养并更新相应的保养记录。
·    Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
判断所有设备故障并进行维修，包括电机、启动装置、断路器、空调主机及其他整个建筑内的所有相关设备。
·    Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
遵守四季酒店员工手册工作规范以及行为准则。
·    Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
与同事及上级领导和谐、专业地工作。
·    Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
及时响应并处理顾客关于客房或公共地区设施维修的要求。
·    Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc. 
处理所有紧急事件，比如火灾、停电等。
·    Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
清洁所有工作间，隔油池，给排水堵塞，并保持有序进行。
 
 
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 非核心职责
 
·    Install or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
在必要的时候对新增加设备进行安装或者对原有设备进行移位重新安装
·    Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
协助酒店节能降耗方案的制定和执行。
·    Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
为酒店整修，新增营业区及相关设备的电气和机械系统进行安装，为酒店展会提供电气布置并提供相关的维护。
