客房服务员/Room Attendant

The Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake is looking for Room Attendant who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

工作职责
1. 完成每天分配到的工作。
2. 随时完成被分配到的其他工作或任务。
3. 遵守拷机和钥匙的登记程序。
4. 能够读懂工作报告/客房分配单。
5. 保证清洁桶/工作车物品齐全。
6. 根据程序，每天为所有的客房包括浴室清洁、除灰、消毒及补充物品。
7. 为每个客房铺床、吸尘。
8. 处理挂有“请勿打扰”的客房和等客人通知的房间。
9. 保持走廊和所有被指派区域的清洁、整齐。
10. 保持布草柜干净, 布草摆放整齐有序。
11. 下班前补足工作间的备品, 归还所用设备。
12. 需要时将送餐部的餐车/盘子移至服务区域内。
13. 保证所有客房内的布草、备品和家具的标准数量。
14. 报告被指派区域内的任何损坏情况和必要的维修。
15. 在任何时候都给予客人帮助。
16. 根据培训时规定使用所有的清洁工具和设备。
17. 专业地处理在酒店发生的一切紧急情况。
18. 通过电话等将所有的清洁完毕的客房在计算机系统中更新，并相应地在工作单上填入信息。
19. 遵守酒店循环利用的政策和程序--回收所有用过的肥皂。所有已结账房间中已开启的洗发水等用品等必须回收至正确的容器中。用了一半或更少的卫生纸及其他用品必须放至正确的容器中。
20. 清理客房中多余的物品（加床、婴儿床、枕头、毯子、破的或有污渍的布巾）
21. 正确地处理客人遗留物品。
22. 报告所有的意外事故并知道如何填写意外事故表格。
23. 建立良好的客户关系（和客人打招呼、处理客人的投诉并尽可能地提供帮助。
24. 检查并通知送餐部补充客房迷你酒吧。
优先考虑的资质和技能
1. 中专以上学历。
2. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
3. 有两年以上的相关岗位工作经验。
