救生员 Life Guard

The Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake is looking for Life Guard who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

工作职责
1. 提供给会员和客人更高的安全保障。礼貌问候并且适当登记每一位来到泳池的会员与客人。
2. 与所有的团队成员以及其他团队，管理层人员保持交流与互动
3. 每天都要通过每日会议或者备忘录等相关方式告知到救生员即将会展开的活动或者任何泳池相关信息，完善好每一天的交接工作与文书任务。
4. 保证健身中心包括泳池的服务标准以确保其服务能达到酒店的标准，使客人满意。
5. 不断地巡查自己的职责领域，提高自己的技能和服务质量。
6. 在提高服务效率和质量方面，可以提供自己的主意给到主管或者管理层。
7. 确保每日合乎规定，四处巡视进行检查，保证泳池所有区域的器械完善。
8. 根据救生员上岗证职责对游泳池水质做定时检测，确保水质达到标准，遇到水质出现问题能第一时间反映给上级和工程部。
9. 勤在泳池边观察。注意游泳者的动向，防止发生意外，保证宾客的安全。对不会游泳者可作技术指导。
10. 定时检查更衣室，及时清理垃圾，检查工程状况，杜绝隐患。等等.…  
优先考虑的资质和技能
1. 中专以上学历，或相关院校毕业生。
2. 熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识，取得白卡以上救生证书。
3. 能按服务工作规范的质量标准独立进行工作。
4. 有在水中进行急救和在陆地上进行人工救护的能力。
