岗位描述:
1、Responsible for all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, rooming of all Hotel guests, foreign exchange and assisting them with inquiries.
负责所有与前台相关的活动,如接待、办理入住和退房手续、给客人安排客房、外汇业务以及协助处理客人的问询等。
2、Registers and rooms all arrivals according to established procedures
按照既定工作程序为所有来客登记并安排房间。
3、Performs check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems in accordance with reservation
履行入住、退房和换房手续,并确保所有资料都按照预订情况完整的输入酒店电脑系统。
4、Endeavors to maintain the high standards of the hotel with particular regard to the importance of IHG Loyalty Program member and other VIP’s and with reference to hotel and to be a health or safety hazard
力争保持酒店的高标准,特别注意洲际酒店集团忠实计划会员及其它贵宾的重要性,并重视酒店的健康和安全隐患等问题。
岗位要求:
1、拥有1年宾客服务部工作经验;
2、大专及以上学历,酒店管理专业优先
3、形象气质佳,有英文基础者优先

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:22-45岁
- 语言要求:英语-良好
- 计算机能力:熟练
