1. Proved a professional, advisory and executive support service to the HR Leader to assist in strategic goals’ achievement.
为协助人力资源负责人达到战略目标,向其提供专业化、建设性的行政支持。
2. Analyzes training needs in the hotel and prioritizes such needs .
分析酒店的培训需求,并按优先次序排列。
3. Review training policies, procedures and practices and recommends improvement to management.
回顾培训的政策、制度、通过实践来给管理带来一些改善。
4. Develops annual hotel training plans,budget and prepares quarterly reports to management。
开展酒店年度培训计划、预算和准备每季度进行管理工作的汇报。
5. Develops training manuals and courses.
制定培训指南和培训课程。
6. Maintains employee, supervisory and management record of training.
保管员工、主管层和管理层的培训记录。
7. To attend departmental training session and critique performance.
参加部门的培训课程,评估表现。
8. Conducts employee orientation and courtesy training.
对员工进行店的入职培训及对客礼仪培训。
9. Oversees on the job training and monthly training of new employees.
监管新近员工到岗培训及月度培训。
10. Implements and monitors an effective employee relations and motivation programs in the hotel.
完善并监管酒店内有效的员工关系及激励系统。
11. Coordinates and executes employees' social, athletic and recreational activities.
协调并执行员工的社交文体活动。
