• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT department and to deliver a prompt and efficient service to all departments in the Hotel.

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
财务及收入职责
• To ensure that the hotel’s computer system both hardware and software is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.
确保酒店的电脑系统包括硬件和软件,正确的维护和可靠的入账。
• To ensure procedures are in place that in the event of any problems encountered in software and hardware, that they are addressed immediately.
确保程序到位,在营运中遇到任何问题都能立即处理。
• To ensure the physical and logical security of IT system.
确保IT系统外部和逻辑系统的安全。
• To define and keep updated written incident management policies and procedures where the action to be taken and persons to be contacted in case of an incident are clearly mentioned.
明确和持有最新的书面的事故管理政策和程序,明确如有事故发生时应采取的行动和联系的人员。
• Participate in the financial month knot work, put forward valuable opinion.
参与财务月结工作,提出宝贵的意见。
• To coach subordinates for the content, the quality of work accuracy and efficiency, investigate to clearly all points of varies and assist them to improve.
对下属的工作质量、准确性和工作效率给予指导和培训,调查清楚所有差异并帮助他们改进。
• Provide ongoing advice and support to talent under your supervision. Supervise talent performance.
给予所管辖的人才以不断的建议和支持, 指导人才表现。
• Ensure wherever possible that talents are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.
确保无论何时都应提供给人才们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。
• Treat complaints of harassment and discrimination promptly and confidentially.
快速和保密地处理有关骚扰和歧视的投诉。
• Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。
• Identify and deal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
辨认并处理可能由不同文化引起的矛盾和误解事件。
• Deliver high quality service to guests in relating to any IT enquiries.
向客人提供优质的计算机信息方面的服务。
• Handle guest requests and takes personal responsibility to ensure request is met by following up.
处理客人要求并通过亲自追踪相关部门负责确保客人的要求被满足。
• Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.
如果酒店的任何餐厅和任何区域需要帮助时,要负责向他们提供帮助。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
• College degree or above
大专或以上学历
• 3 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels
三年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作的经验
• Fluent oral and written English
有良好的英语能力
• With capability of communication and coordination
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力
• Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters
工作认真负责,作风正派,处事公正,有良好的素质
• Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility
能较好完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务
• Opera, Micros, Sun System, PABX System, Internet skill
