Job Purpose 职位描述
To execute and supervise the day to day smooth operation of all systems and plants and to response to all daily work requests from various operating departments and guests.
确保日常系统和机电设备的正常运行落实日常其它部门和客人提出的各种维修要求。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Full understanding and knowledge of engineering operation in hotel
全面掌握酒店运作程序和知识
·Good coordination ability of organization
有较好的协调组织能力
·Practical experience in the field of M & E system pertaining to hotel operation
具有酒店相应机电设备运行的实际经验
·Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent
具有机械或电力专业毕业证书，或相关专业证书
· Min 3 years of operation experience in hotel in similar capacity, preferably from international hotel chain
至少3年相关工作经验，具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
Competencies 技能
· Must present a well-groomed appearance
良好的仪容仪表
·Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally Fluent in English is encourage/required (depending on guest contact level)
在工作中的口头和书面的沟通联络能力，英语流畅者佳
·Some industrial experience is desirable
具备工业生产经验者佳
·Sound judgment, and strong decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills
合理的判断力决策力，问题的解决和跟进技巧
·Excellent guest service skills Ability to respond to and handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy
