KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要：
1. Checkand record a variety of equipment operation in the management of range on time,reported to the senior technician immediately if there are unusualcircumstances.
按时检查记录工程管辖的各种设备运行情况，如有异常立即向主管汇报。
2. Completemaintenance work consciously and timely.
自觉及时完成本班次的工作维修单。
3. preventivemaintenance and maintenance with the facilities and equipment corresponds totheir jobs.
对应所属工种进行设施设备的预防性维修与保养。
4. Majorequipment maintenance and repair of facilities and transformation with thesenior technician.
配合主管进行重大设施设备的维修保养与改造。
5. Strictcompliance with the regulations and the rules of the Fraser Suites Dalian.
严格遵守辉盛阁国际酒店规章制度和工程部各项操作规程。
