Work under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing to manage client accounts and markets so as to meet sales targets.

KEY RESULTS AREAS 职位概要
1. Produce and pursue sales leads for the properties in the relevant country/region在相关区域内开发和跟踪销售线索。
2. Maintain responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts对所分配的客户负责。
3. Implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the marketing plan

4. Maintain close, frequent and open communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers
与本酒店及集团其他相关酒店保持紧密协调与沟通。
5. Site inspection – conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations

6. Provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process

7. Monitor and develop new accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets

8. Process all reservations and agreement in a timely and efficient manner
