●网站优化和网站更新管理
●增加网站流量、投资回报率和转化率
●实施数字分析框架，帮助提供对绩效的见解和分析；报告活动的增长和分析。
●持续跟踪最新的数字营销工具和趋势
●数字媒体（SEM, Social media, affiliate, Email Marketing）活动管理使用SEO等工具优化付费广告活动
管理给定的数字营销预算和内容日历
●与总经理、销售和市场经理、外部创意和媒体机构一起工作和管理
•在社交媒体上创建和设计内容，以提高参与度
●园区客户体验/亮点的照片和视频拍摄以及编辑（使用Adobe Premiere/ After Effects或其他视频编辑软件）
设计和创建数字和印刷的营销材料（使用Adobe Photoshop，其他Adobe Suites产品或其他布局/设计软件）
●有能力为社交媒体撰写专题文章/故事，增强客户推荐，创建/更新/维护网站内容
DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER
Job Description
●Plan strategically and manage, under the supervision of the Sales and Marketing Manager (or General or Park Manager in the absence of Sales and Marketing Manager), all aspects of digital marketing, e.g. website, social media, online advertising, CRM, email marketing, analysis, etc.
●Optimisation of the website and management of the website updates
●Increase web traffic, ROI and conversions
●Implement digital analytics framework to help provide insights and analysis into the performance; Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns.
●Keep tracking on the latest digital marketing tools and trends
●Campaign management of digital media (SEM, Social Media, Affiliates, Email Marketing) Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
●Manage the given digital marketing budget and content calendar
●Work with and manage, together with the General Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager, external creative and media agencies
●Create and design content on social media to generate engagement
●Photoshoot and video shoot of park’s customer experiences/ highlights plus editing (with the use of Adobe Premiere/ After Effects, or other video editing softwares)
●Design and create marketing materials in both digital and print (with the use of Adobe Photoshop, other Adobe Suites products, or other lay-out/ design softwares)
●Has the ability to write feature articles/ stories for social media captions, enhance customer testimonials, and create/ update/ maintain website contents
