1. Banyan Tree Culture and Spirit 悦榕文化和精神
• Instil a commitment to the Banyan Tree experience in associates ensuring that the Property's Vision, Group's Mission, Core Values (IDEALS), Banyan Tree Roots, Brand Positioning are assimilated and the objectives of the hotel are met. 向员工灌输“为客人提供悦榕体验”的服务承诺,借此确保员工拥抱吸收酒店的愿景、集团的使命、核心价值观(悦榕理想IDEALS)、悦榕根、品牌定位,并确保能达成酒店的目标。
• Promote performance improvement, Service Excellence and quality achievement throughout the organisation. 在酒店内推广和强调提升工作表现、卓越服务和高品质成功的重要性。
2. Training Analysis 培训分析
• Conduct regular training needs assessment of all associate levels in the property.为酒店各级员工做培训需求分析。
• Prepare, communicate and implement an annual training plan for the hotel. 准备、沟通和实施酒店的年度酒店培训计划。
• Collate and analyse performance data and chart against defined parameters such as Mystery Shopper Audit Score, Online Review Results, Guests Comments or Feedback, Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and other departmental audits. 收集与工作绩效相关的数据,与既有的绩效评估参数(如神秘客调查结果、网络评价、顾客意见反馈、食品安全管理系统及其他部门审计结果)做对比分析。
3. Instructional Design 培训/教案设计
• Design, create and develop informal and formal solutions and training programs to meet BTHR organisational needs, analyse the most appropriate strategy, methodologies and technologies to maximise the learning experience and impact. 通过设计实施正式的或非正式的培训方案和课程来满足集团的需求;通过分析实施适当的培训战略、方式方法和技能来令学习体验和效果达到最大化。
4. Training Delivery培训的实施
• Conduct training and New Associate Orientation Program for associates at all levels. 为各级员工做好培训及新员工入职培训。
• Conduct Core Training Programs (CTPs). 核心培训课程的实施。
• Facilitate Other Training Programs conducted by other Subject-Matter Expert. 协助其他部门的同事实施培训。
• Keep abreast with innovations and developments of training techniques and methods.了解培训技巧和方式方面的创新和发展。
5. Managing Learning Program Implementation 管理培训课程的实施情况。
• Initiate and coordinate training & learning activities required to meet quality standards. 根据服务品质标准来制定培训或学习活动,并为其提供协调帮助。
• Ensure New Associates Departmental Induction Program implemented in respective departments.确保新员工的部门培训得到落实。
• Ensure that regular, scheduled training plans are subsequently implemented and followed in all departments. 确保各部门里常规的和计划好的培训计划得到落实和实施。
• Monitor the implementation of specific programs, e.g. Risk Management Training Programs.对特定培训课程的实施情况进行监督跟进,如危机管理培训等。
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1. College degree plus technical certificate, diploma or higher qualification 大学学位及技术证书或者更高学历;
2. Fluent in English 英语口语流利
3. Must possess the Foundational Competencies: Business Skills, Global Mindset, Industry Knowledge, Interpersonal Skills, Personal Skills & Technology Skills 必需具备必要的基本能力:商业技能,全球化视野、行业知识、交际能力、人事能力、技术技能
