4.Stick to the post, people do not leave the pool, concentrate on thinking, reflect flexible, pay close attention to the situation of swimmers in the pool, find dangerous situations in time to rescue, to ensure the safety of swimmers.

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION 职位要求
1.Good knowledge and very familiar with swimming pool operation.
掌握并且十分熟悉游泳池工作知识及日常运行。
2.Good swimming & first aid skills and products knowledge with recognize certificate.
良好的游泳技能及相关救生知识,持有国家相关授权机构颁发的救生员认可证书。
3.Have the water saving and man breath saving skills, should have the high responsibility for his job.
有熟练的水中救生和陆地人工呼吸抢救等技术,对本人的工作职责应有高度的认识。
4.Good communication skills.
良好的沟通技巧。
5.Positive attitude under pressure.
良好的心理承受能力,在工作中始终保持积极的态度。
