• Oversee sales operations while Director of Sales is out of office.

• Confirm every piece of business possible – selling the right room to the right customer at the right time for the right price.

• Assists in the developing all corporate, groups, conference and Events related objectives, strategies and actions.

• Represents the Hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.

• Fulfils Customer Relationship Management responsibilities and sales goals for defined customers through planned customer interviews.

• Focuses efforts on group accounts with significant potential sales revenue.

• Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for corporate group/catering sales opportunities.

• Monitors and reports on market and competition within own market segment.

• Prepares and updates customer management reports and ensures all necessary follow up work is carried out on time.

• Active distribution of product information and creates awareness in the markets and business segments or responsibility.

• During sales calls, carries out “cross selling” in accordance with corporate and divisional guidelines.

• During Sales Calls, uses USPs – linking features with benefits.
在拜访客户过程中,联系酒店特点及优势运用酒店的独特卖点。
• Undertakes tasks as and when requested to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives of hotel.
按酒店和部门的要求完成酒店市场推广和销售任务。
• Creative contribution to product and sales development.
对产品及销售和发展做出创造性贡献。
• Participates in planning and realization of sales campaigns together with Director of Sales /DOSM within defined market segments.

• Assists in coordinating the development of all promotions.

• Managers account base and maintains all customer information up to date manually and electronically.
