•To engage a hands on approach to all stewarding operational tasks.

•To ensure that the stewarding operations adhere to all company and hotel policies and procedures, Operational standards and back to basic standards.
确保指定区域的夜间清洁工作按照酒店的标准进行。
•Ensure that a consistent first class service of the highest quality is achieved and maintained in all areas, whilst adhering to operational deadlines.
确保所有管事设备的使用安全、正确、清洁和保养。
•To coordinate and provide to all outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment consistent with the hotel standards.
启动相关的维修报告和工作单，并对这些项目进行相应的跟踪。
•Ensure that all over head ceilings, walls, filters and ducting are cleaned efficiently.
确保所有天花板、墙壁、过滤器和管道都得到有效清洁。
•To ensure that night cleaning in designated areas are carried out productively according to scheduled cleaning plans and as per Hotel standards.
确保所有相关的自助餐和陈列在客人到达之前准备好并符合酒店的标准。
•Ensure that all stewarding equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained.
确保所有管事设备的使用安全、正确、清洁和保养。
•To initiate relevant maintenance reports and work orders supported by the respective follow up of those items actioned.
启动相关的维修报告和工作单，并对这些项目进行相应的跟踪。
•Ensure that all relevant buffet / display set-ups are prepared ahead of guest’s arrival and in adherence with hotel standards.

•Ensure that buffet set up are correctly cleaned and maintained.

•Ensure that all wet and dry garbage is correctly stored and removed in accordance with hotel standards.

•To be demanding and constructively critical in the cleanliness of all stewarding areas.
