Be responsible for implementation of policies,standards and procedures.负责公司政策、标准和程序的实现。Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services.保证机电设备的正常运转及维修。Provide technical support and advice as necessary and assist with the fault diagnosis.在需要时，提供技术援助和建议并帮助改正。Arrange maintenance service and follow maintenance requests from each department.负责工程维修派工值班，安排各种报修工作的具体落实，及时完成各部门的请修任务。Assume responsibility for monitoring services, plant and building performance.对酒店设备，机房和各方面运作情况负有监督责任。Maintain Duty Logbook and follow up with incomplete work immediately.做好值班记录，立即跟踪未完成的工作。Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
