5.Always keep compensation confidential and strictly enforce office access and security protocols.

6.Complete the salary statistics and end-of-month settlement work.
完成薪酬的统计以及月末结算工作。
7.Maintain, and manage the hotel attendance system, ensuring that attendance and payroll disbursement go through an approval process, ensuring the accuracy of salary payments, and ensuring that the disbursement process complies with the relevant standards and regulations of the group. Provide timely and effective guidance and assistance to attendance staff in various departments.

Job Specs 职位要求
1.University and above.
大学及以上资历;
2.Experience in hotel work or compensation work
有酒店工作经验或薪酬工作经验
3.Fluent in written and spoken English Familiar with computer operation, goo0Englishlevel,excellent affinity and communication skills.
熟悉电脑操作,英语水平良好,具有优秀的亲和力和沟通能力;
4.Good at communication and coordination ,good sense of teamwork, strong ability to work under pressure.
