Your day to day 日常职责
1.Responsible for pre-service cleaning, table setup, and replenishment of cutlery, linen, and other supplies, ensuring the restaurant meets French dining standards.
负责开餐前的厅面卫生、台面整理及餐具、布草等物资的补充,确保餐厅符合法式用餐标准。
2.Master the menu and ingredient details, accurately input orders using the POS system, and communicate efficiently with the kitchen team.
熟练掌握菜单与菜品配料,准确使用点单系统录入订单,并与后厨高效沟通。
3.Follow the standard French service sequence (starter—main course—dessert) to execute serving, wine pouring, and plate clearing.
按标准法餐服务流程(头盘—主菜—甜点)完成上菜、斟酒及撤盘服务。
4.Proactively patrol tables during service, promptly responding to guest needs such as refilling water, replacing cutlery, and answering menu-related questions.
用餐期间主动巡台,及时响应顾客需求(如加水、更换餐具、解答菜品疑问)。
5.Participate in post-service closing, cutlery inventory, and area cleaning, and assist the supervisor in completing daily revenue verification and handover.
参与餐后收档、餐具盘点及区域清洁,配合主管完成当日营收核对与交接。
What we need from you 我们需要你具备
1.Currently enrolled in a college or university, preferably majoring in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, or a related field. Minimum internship period of 6 months.
大专/本科院校在读,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先,实习周期6个月起。
2.Possess strong service awareness and a friendly demeanor, maintaining patience and a smile even during high-pressure peak service hours.
具备良好的服务意识和亲和力,面对用餐高峰压力仍能保持耐心与微笑。
3.Demonstrate strong teamwork skills, able to cover for colleagues during busy periods without shifting blame or avoiding responsibility.
善于团队协作,在繁忙时段能与同事相互补位,不推诿责任。
