1.负责酒吧管理和餐饮部任命的部门的运作;最大化利润,节省成本和维持客户满意度。
Overall responsible for Bar administration and operations of the sections appointed in the RB&E division. Maximize profits, saving cost and guest satisfaction.
2.以诚恳有效的方式处理所有客人和内部客户的投诉和查询,以确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Bar colleagues, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.

Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
5.执行分派的任何合理任务和额外职责。
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.大专学历,高级文凭持有者。行政管理或酒店管理及相关专业。
University/ Higher Diploma graduate, major in Business Administration/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
2.两年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
3.机智灵敏,人际交流与沟通技能出色。
Tactful with good interpersonal & communication skills.
