机修空调维修工 Mechanical & AC Technician

职位描述 Job description
1.To respond to job assignments in the repairing, installation, preventive maintenance and day to day operation of all HVAC system in a productive and cost effective manner so as to operate the system in a most efficient and optimum condition.
接受工程部安排的维修任务，以高效率、低成本的工作方式对酒店的中央空调系统进行安装、预防性的日常维修保养，时刻确保空调系统得以高效正常的运行。
2.To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and policies and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.
按照既定的政策和法规、工作程序与标准、消防规范执行上级安排的工作。
3.To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance with the guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
按照工程师的要求和设备的说明书对空调机组进行预防性的维修和保养
4.To perform emergency duties as per outlined under emergency procedure.
在紧急情况下执行应急程序。
5.Familiar with the Aircon system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
熟悉整个中央空调系统的操作和设备特性，在操作过程中严格按照规程序执行。
6.To inspect all Aircon systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To feedback and make recommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc that could improve efficiency and productivity.
对中央空调系统进行检查并按照设备检查单上的要求仔细记录。更正错误，及时向工程师报告所发现的问题、异常现象和不安全隐患。为提高工作效率和促进生产力，应不断向工程师进行信息反馈，在设备改良、技术升级和操作方式方法更新方面向工程师提出合理化建议。
7.Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance.
熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序。
8.Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.
精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作。
9.Knowledge of absorption chiller operation and maintenance.
熟练操作吸收式冷水机组并懂得如何进行维修保养。
任职要求 Qualification
1.Technical vocational institute training in HVAC and refrigeration.
在职业技术学校毕业受过中央空调和冷冻系统方面的培训。
2.Refrigeration Certificate (not essential)
制冷证书(非必须)。
3.Min.3 years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel.
至少3年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。
