1.在市场传讯总监的指导和监督下,负责线上线下市场活动的发展、合作、执行和巩固工作。
Under the general guidance andsupervision of the Communications Director, to handle the development,co-ordination, execution and consolidation of all marketing activities through onlineand offline channels.
2.为确保将酒店对外宣传机会的最大化,应作为酒店对外部市场营销最主要的联系人。通过提供指导、技术指示及日常活动中的培训等,领导并反复审查酒店市场营销方面的工作。
Act as the primary point of contact fordistribution marketing to hotels to ensure all opportunities for greaterchannel contribution are maximized. Leadand review the work of the hotel distribution marketing initiative by providingmentoring, technical guidance and/or training in daily activities.
3.根据指定的市场划分和发行市场,开展所有的商业发展活动。
Direct all business developmentactivity under distribution marketing focused on the assigned market segments(Transient & TPIs).
4.保持更新酒店电子客户的信息资料库(客房/餐饮及水疗),并提供更有效的客户信息管理方案
Keep updated Hotel e-customer database,(For rooms/F&B and Spa), and propose solutions for a better customerinformation management。
5.收集竞争对手酒店的推广信息及市场销售总监的反馈意见,并对区域的定制推广提供建议。
To collect feedback from the Director ofSales & Marketing on competitor’s promotion, to give advice on the regionaland tailor made promotion
6.与品牌团队沟通,执行每个品牌的的渠道活动, 并确认每个渠道的需求。
Communicate with the brand team toachieve effective channel activities for each brand and identify needs of eachchannel
7.协助发送不同的新闻媒体为了增加酒店的影响力。
Assist in sending different pressrelease to suitable media in order to increasing hotel exposure.
任职要求 Qualifications
1.在国际品牌酒店3年以上相关工作经验。
Minimum 3 years experience in an international hotel environment.
