客衣员 Guest Laundry

职位描述 Job description
1.Collect & deliver guest laundry and linen according toschedule to ensure the operation time- table is followed.
按照计划收集和递送客衣和布草，确保遵守操作时间表。
2.Count, sort and checks all guest items received for drycleaning, washing and pressing against accompanying lists, inspects fordamages, stains, etc., separates and refers to superior all items with delicatematerials that need special care and reports any defects noted.
清点、分类和检查干洗、湿洗和熨烫处所收取的客衣，以确保数目和清点单相一致；检查需注意损坏，染色等情况，如有任何细小和需特殊注意的事情应报告主管。
3.Reports any missing items, discrepancies, health or safetyhazard to Laundry Shift Leader.
及时向洗衣主管汇报任何遗失物品，或者危害到酒店安全，员工健康的事项 。
4.Maintains responsibility for master keys in his/herpossession.
严格遵守管理制度。
5.Clean and tidy working areas, equipment and high ceilingto ensure hygiene standard is met all the time.
清洁和整理工作区域，设备和高空区域的卫生，确保达到卫生标准。
6.Report to supervisor the problems of machine, chemical,guest laundry to ensure the protection of hotel & guest property.
向主管报告设备，化学品及客衣存在的问题，确保酒店和客人财产安全。
7.Protect and prevent any clothes from damaged by machineand chemical.
保护和阻止任何衣物受到设备和化学品的损坏。
任职要求 Qualification
1.Secondary school graduate
中学毕业。
2.Some relevant working experiences is preferred.
有相关工作经验优先考虑。
3.With good communication skills, with warm & smiling face, speak fluent , speak fluent Mandarin.
良好的沟通技巧，有温暖的笑容，普通话流利。
