1.负责长沙玛珂酒店培训与发展的需求分析与职能管理。
Responsible for the training and
development needs and managing the training function of Maqo Changsha.
2.根据九龙仓酒店管理集团政策和执行程序管理与协调执行酒店培训计划。
Manage and coordinate the implementation of hotel
training plan in line Wharf Hotels Policy and Procedure.
3.发展及保存培训资源,完善体系以促进发展及保证向股东提供承诺。
Develop and maintain
training resources and implement systems to promote growth and deliver the
promise to all stakeholders.
4.协助区域人力资源总监保证学习与发展部有效运作。
Assist the Area Director or HR in creating an effective and efficient operation of L & D Department.
5.给区域人力资源总监提供专业、咨询和行政支持服务、协助区域总经理建立战略目标。
Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Area Director of Human Resources and Area General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.
6.设计、制作和实施培训计划,以满足特定部门和酒店的需求。
Design, produce and
implement training programs to meet specific department/hotel needs.
7.建立图书、视频、期刊和资源的培训库,支持培训师和员工发展。
Establish a training
library of books, videos, journals and resources to assist trainer and
colleague development.
8.确保所有新员工参加酒店的入职培训计划。
Ensure that all new colleagues attend the
Hotel Orientation program.
任职要求 Qualification
1.至少三年相关培训经验。
Minimum 3 years relevant training
experience.
2.熟悉酒店人力资源政策与规定,出色的人际关系
Knowledgeable of Hotel personnel
procedures & policies; strong in interpersonal skills
3.良好的组织能力
English
Fluent in both writing and speaking.
4.熟悉微软办公自动化软件,Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
