1.全面负责长沙玛珂酒店的日常运营。与团队合作并发展团队，提供卓越的宾客服务，不断超越最高标准，同时监督酒店运营的顺利进行，通过最大限度地提高入住率和收入来建立并维护酒店声誉，确保酒店目标始终得以实现和保持。
Take full control of the day to day operations for Maqo Changsha. Work with and develop the team to provide exceptional guest service, continually exceeding the highest possible standards whilst overseeing the smooth running of the hotel operation ensuring the hotel objectives are met and maintained at all times through maximising occupancy, revenue, and maintaining and building on the reputation of the hotel.
2.全面负责长沙玛珂酒店的经营管理，优化客户体验，领导各运营部门的员工完成酒店的各项计划目标。
Responsible for the overall management of Maqo Changsha, optimize the customer experience, and lead the colleagues of all operation departments to achieve the hotel's goals.
3.与团队建立并培养良好的关系以确保团队维持持续性的高标准，展示商业敏锐度，达到收益目标。
Build and nurture relationships with the team to ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times, demonstrate business acumen to deliver financial results.
4.围绕酒店下达的利润指标和各项工作，编制预算和决算，合理控制经营成本和各种费用开支。
Prepare the budget and final account of the hotel around the hotel's profit targets and various tasks, and reasonably control the operating costs and various expenses.
5.指导所有运营活动以支持酒店营收目标、宾客满意度、品牌标准一致与员工敬业度。
Direct all operational activities towards supporting the hotels goals - GOP, guest satisfaction, brand consistency and colleague engagement.
6.根据市场变化和发展，制定切实可行的市场营销策略，并组织实施。
According to market changes and development, formulate practical marketing strategy and organize the implementation.
任职要求 Qualification
1.至少10年在中国的国际品牌酒店管理经验。
Minimum 10 years' experience in Management with International Hotels in China.
2.英文流利
Fluency in English
3.对市场有深入的理解，并有能力实现利润最大化
A strong understanding of the market and the ability to maximize profit.
4.优秀的对客服务技能
Excellent customer service skills.
5.出色的决策和解决问题的能力
Great decision making and problems solving skills.
6.具有很强的领导能力，能引领团队达到目标
Strong Leadership skills in managing a team to drive for results.
