1.在烹饪指南和主管的指导下创新及呈现的菜品。
1.Creates and presents the dishes in line with
cooking instructions and supervisor's instructions.
2.适应工作波动,特别是对待一些特殊活动及特定的客人。
2.Adapts work to fluctuations in level of
activity, to special events and particular guests.
3.帮助收货及根据食品储存指南来整理食品存放货架。
3.Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items
according to storage guidelines.
4.负责高标准菜品的准备工作。
4.By following the cooking instructions to the
letter.
5.严格遵照说明及安全指南使用指南,操作厨房设备。
5.Respects the instructions and safety guidelines
for the equipment used.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.高中及以上学历,或正规烘焙学校学习经历。
1.High school degree or above, or formal baking school learning experience.
2.至少1到2年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验。
2.At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in international hotels.
3.具备一定的沟通技巧,内部友好沟通交流。
3.Possess certain communication skills to communicate with others.
