1.Participates in making food requisitions, and ensures safe and correct the equipment, tools and machinery.
2.参与自助餐的装饰摆台。
2.Buffets decoration items and show pieces.
3.协助接收和储存物品,从库房定领取厨房食品并控制食品的购买和收货质量。
3.Assist with receiving and storing items, and controls the quality of the ingredients purchased and received
4.始终遵守HACCP的要求,确保工作场所保持清洁和食品安全。
4.Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
5.协助粤菜点心出品。
5.Assist in the production of Cantonese dim sum.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements:
1.高中毕业以上学历,最好是或专业烹饪学校毕业。
1. High school graduate or above, preferably or professional culinary school graduate.
2.至少2年五星级酒店或较高级别的个体餐厅厨师经验。
2. At least two years experience as a chef in a five-star hotel or a higher level individual restaurant.
3.要掌握包子、面条等各种食物加工及储存标准知识,熟悉标准的收货程序。
3. To master the knowledge of various food processing and storage standards such as steamed buns and noodles, familiar with the standard receiving procedures.
4.具备良好的对客及内部沟通能力。
4. Have good customer and internal communication skills.
