Movement Coach 健身教练（外籍）

Requirements 岗位要求
Have solid theoretical knowledge of fitness;
有扎实的健身理论知识；
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with working experience in Chinese Mainland;
中英文流利沟通，拥有中国大陆相关工作经验；
Effectively communicate with guests and strong service awareness;
善于与客人有效沟通，具备优秀服务意识；
Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
具备高效处理多项任务的能力；
Strong sense of teamwork, excellent coordination ability and leadership potential;
团队合作意识强，具备优秀协调能力与领导潜质；
Good training skills and self-learning capability;
优秀的授课培训能力与自主学习能力；
Hold relevant qualification certificates and have sports teaching experience.
持有健身相关资格证书，具备体育教学经验。
Responsibilities 主要职责
Develop and deliver training sessions to guests according to CLP concept;
根据 CLP 品牌理念，为客人设计并开展健身课程；
Provide comprehensive coaching services and fitness equipment use guidance;
提供全方位教练服务及健身器材使用指导；
Monitor participant progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction as needed;
跟进宾客训练进度，给予专业反馈并按需调整训练方案；
Familiar with all venue emergency procedures;
熟悉场馆全套应急处理流程；
Comply with laws and regulations to ensure the safe operations of the gym including swimming pools;
遵守相关法律法规，保障健身房及泳池区域安全合规运营；
Ensure the absolute safety of guests and staff in the gym;
保障健身房内宾客与员工的人身安全；
Maintain sports equipment and instruct guests to use it correctly;
维护运动器材，并指导宾客规范使用；
Collaborate effectively with other departments to implement CLP programs;
与其他部门高效协作，落地执行 CLP 相关项目；
Build positive relationships with guests and take responsibilities for guest satisfaction;
维护良好客情关系，对宾客满意度负责；
Guide guests to exercise correctly, and make fitness records for guests;
指导宾客科学锻炼，为宾客建立健身档案；
Report any issues to the manager in a timely manner;
如有任何问题及时向经理汇报；
Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;
完成直属主管安排的其他工作。
