1. Conduct Sales Activities
进行销售活动
a. Meet with customers regularly handling both proactive sales calls and reactive sales leads.
会见客户,包括销售拜访。
b. Conduct sales activities in a systematic manner by planning in advance according to the set guidelines.
根据酒店的规定提前制定系统的销售计划。
c. Ensure all enquires are handled promptly and efficiently.
有效的收集客户的各项需求信息。
d. Meet with in-house guests to build relationship and to obtain guest comments.
会见住店客人,建立客户关系并记录客户意见。
e. Meet with key banquet customers to build relationship.
会见宴会负责人,建立良好的客户关系。
f. Be proactive in obtaining sales leads from various sources such as newspaper, internet, TV etc.
通过报刊、网络、电视等多种渠道积极收集销售资源。
g. Actively share information on guest comments, both positive and negative.
积极收集客人的意见,包括积极的或是消极的意见。
h. Responsible for planning and organizing customer events.
负责为客人作相关计划和组织活动。
2. Account Management 客户管理
a. To input information related to all accounts into Opera S&C.
录入所有客户信息到酒店电脑系统。
b. Manage the Opera S&C database and ensure all information in the system is up to date.
管理维护酒店电脑系统资料,并对其实时更新。
c. Responsible for setting up plans and actions for each account.
负责对每位客户制定销售计划。
d. Participate in account qualification, review and account audit to ensure that all relevant information is obtained for each of the accounts.
对客户的资料进行分析,确保每位客户的信息准确。
e. Prepare Sales Call Reports to record all information on daily sales activities. Please refer to LSOP on Effective Sales Calls Process and Reporting.
对每天的销售活动制定有效的销售拜访报告。
3. Prepare periodic reports, achievement of goals and budget.
准备周期性报告,完成酒店经营预算和任务。
a. Assist in preparing periodic reports for record of sales activities and market analysis.
协助准备周期性报告、支持销售活动和对市场的分析。
b. To be fully aware of rooms + catering sales forecast and budget, focus on achieving stretched goals, when will need to fill business and maximise room sales + function space utilization. To be profit minded.
完全明确客房和宴会的销售预计和预算,着重要增加收益,包括客房和 其他营运地方。
4. Office Etiquette & Business Ethics 办公室及商务礼仪礼貌
a. Ensure that all sales associates are properly dressed in uniform or business attire and the general appearance are according to the hotel standard.
根据酒店相关规定,确保销售人员的制服着装以及得体的仪容仪表。
b. Conducting business accordingly to the hotel guidelines and local law.
确保所有销售人员根据酒店的规章制度和地方性法规进行销售工作。
c. Compliance to the standards set up for the sales operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.
根据酒店的相关规定负责监督整个销售团队的工作情况,比如:电话礼 仪、守时观念等。
5. Any other dutis as may be assigned from supervisor.
完成领导交代的其他工作职责。
