Main Functions工作职责
1. Reservations 预定
a. To handle all phone calls promptly according to the hotel and Marriott standard.
使用酒店和万豪的标准,及时处理所有电话
b. Coordinate with other departments of the hotel including Front Office, Sales, AYS, and Housekeeping etc on guests’ bookings and other requests.
协调和其他部门在客人预订和其他需求的工作,包括前厅部、销售部、“为你服务”和房务部等等
c. Be proactive in up-selling and work towards maximization of revenue.
主动的销售并提高酒店收入
d. Ensure all input in Fidelio are done according to the set guidelines and standards.
确保按酒店标准输入所有的信息在电脑系统
e. Assist in preparing monthly commission payment for review of Director of Revenue Management (DRM).
协助DRM处理检查每月的付款
f. Assist in conducting shop calls to check on the pricing strategy of competitor hotels.
g. 协助对同等竞争酒店的电话询价
2. Forecast 预测
a. Assist in preparing the room sales forecast.
协助准备房间销售的预测
b. Distribute the forecast to related departments.
发送预测给相关部门
3. Fully utilize all Marriott Resources充分利用所有万豪资源
a. Ensure all sales associates cross sell sister properties when the hotel product does not fit into customers’ requirements.
当酒店不能接待客人或客人需要的时候,确保销售员工进行交叉销售给姐妹酒店。
b. Regular communication with sister properties in the cluster to exchange on market information.
和姐妹酒店对市场信息的交换进行一般沟通。
c. Make good use of Marriott Rewards as a key sales tool.
使用重要的销售工具--万豪积分奖励。
4. Prepare periodic reports准备定期报表
a. Assist DRM in preparing periodic reports for market analysis.
协助DRM准备市场趋势报告。
5. Office Etiquette & Business Ethics办公室及商务礼仪礼貌
a. Properly dressed in uniforms with the general appearance according to the hotel standard.
按酒店的仪容仪表着装。
b. Conducting business according to the Marriott guidelines and local law.遵纪守法
c. Compliance to the standards set up for the reservations operation including telephone handling, punctuality, hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.
遵守酒店的规定包括电话礼仪,按时上班,酒店规定,员工手册,和LSOPs.
6. Any other dutis as may be assigned from supervisor
