Main Functions工作职责
1. Posses a complete knowledge of washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing techniques
组建一套完整的关于清洗、检查、上浆、干洗和熨烫方法的知识体系。
2. Ensure that all items laundered and dry cleaned within the hotel’s laundry are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition
确保酒店洗衣房的水洗、干洗工作按照高标准要求完成，并以清洗完最佳状况送还客人或和员工。
3. Organize movement of dirty and clean laundry and of guest valet service
了解洗衣房的运作和客衣送还服务。
4. Ensure all damaged linen and uniforms are sent to the uniform room for repairs or discarding
负责将所有损坏的布草和制服送到制服房以便缝补和报损。
5. Control and record chemical consumption and reorder as required
根据需求控制和记录化学药剂的消费量和订购。
6. Assist in maintaining records of stock and equipment
辅助完成存货和设备的记录。
7. Supervise all employees with the Laundry Department
监督管理洗衣房所有的员工。
8. Ensure an accurate guest valet service and sufficient hotel linen supply
确保准确的客衣收送服务和充足的酒店布草供应。
9. Ensure daily production records for linen and uniforms are maintained
负责布草和制服的日常清洗记录。
10. Ensures that regular preventive maintenance is carried out and reduce downtime with proper coordination with the maintenance department
通过与工程部进行适当的协调以减少设备维修的停工期，并确保例行的定期检修得到实施。
11. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify DOS of potential dangers
及时对危险的情形采取补救措施，并对DOS通报存在的潜在危险。
12. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements
根据酒店的要求对安全事件、事故进行记录。
13. According to the request, reasonably arrange the shift to complete the task.
根据需求，合理安排洗衣房班次以保证任务的完成。
14. Determine the washing procedures of linen.
制定各类布草的洗涤流程。
15. Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs
与内部员工和客人建立和维持积极的关系，以便能有效满足他们的合理需求。
16. Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations
通过行动满足客人的需求，甚至超出他们的期望值。
17. Adhere to hotel brand standards
坚持酒店的品牌标准。

Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors.
Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
要保障安全须严格遵守安全法规，与异常情况须及时上报。建立、支持所有的安全方案。行走在湿滑地面上要留意。在操作设备之前，确保已了解了安全说明
Any other duties as may be assigned from supervisor.
