水疗主管

【岗位职责】
1、在部门经理的安排下对部门理疗师、前台接待员进行培训，培训、发展和激励员工；
Under the arrangement of the department manager, train the department physiotherapists and front desk receptionists to train, develop and motivate employees;
2、主要负责护理项目产品的准备及仓库管理；
Mainly responsible for the preparation of nursing project products and warehouse management;
3、协助前台解答客人的咨询，管理好在理疗室的客人；
Assist the front desk to answer the guests' inquiries and manage the guests in the physiotherapy room;
4、针对客人的需求推荐合适的产品和护理，对客人提供高效,仔细的护理。
Recommend appropriate products and care according to the needs of guests, and provide efficient and careful care for guests.
【岗位要求】
1、一年以上同岗工作经验；
At least one year working experience in the same post;
2、具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Good communication skills and service awareness.
