1.Develop relevant sales plan.拟定相关销售计划。
2.Plan sales call activities under the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and potential accounts within their specific areas.拟定销售总监审核的主要市场电话销售计划,致电潜在客户并有针对性的进行销售。
3.Provide information on changing market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct mail. Arrange and accompany guests on hotel site inspection tour.以直接邮件的方式提供市场变动的相关信息,包括竞争对手的趋势等。安排和陪同客户进行酒店的免费参观住宿等行程。
4.Sales Targets: To achieve sales targets and guarantee high yields with the specific sales action plan.销售目标:达到销售目标并保证与销售计划保持一致的高产量。
5.Promote and distribute promotions to targeted accounts.给予目标客户相关促销计划。
岗位要求
1.Associate degree or above. 全日制大专(含)以上学历。
2.1-3 years Sales management experience. 1-3年的酒店销售经验。
3.Must have the ability to understand local markets that affect the business of the hotel. 必须有能力了解,影响酒店业的当地市场情况。
4.A strong understanding of overall hotel business. 有很强的星级酒店市场及生意拓展理念。
5·Ability to communicate at all levels. 优秀的与各个阶层的沟通能力。
6.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.始终保持良好和专业的形象。
