保安部主管Security Supervisor

负责对部门各班的管理工作，巡视各岗位区域，检查各岗位记录，对发现问题要及时提出解决的办法，并向经理汇报员工的思想工作动态。

培训保安员业务知识，使之到达酒店所规定的工作要求和服务标准。
4.Under the security manager leadership,

在保安部经理的领导下，主持保安部的日常工作，督导保安人员认真完成分管工作，制定保安部排班计划；安排好员工的加班补休，掌握各班情况及时向经理汇报。
5.Assist security manager to help supervise
and inspect the implementation of the security system to prevent the occurrence
of accidents of various kinds.
协助保安部经理督促检查安全制度的落实，预防各类事故的发生。
6.Assist Security Manager to deal with all
types of accidents occurring inside, receiving guests and staff reported
missing cases, and accidents on major cases reported to the leadership and the
public security organs in a timely manner, while protecting the scene, with the
public security authorities do survey work.
协助保安部经理处理店内发生的各类安全事故，受理住店客人及员工报失案件，对重大案件和责任事故要及时上报领导和公安机关，同时保护好现场，配合公安机关做好调查处理工作。
岗位要求：
1.Diploma or Degree preferably in
hospitality or related field.
酒店管理或相关专业的本科或专科学历。
2. More than 2 year working experience in
the same position.
2年以上同岗位工作经验。
3. professional and responsible, civilized
behavior.
有事业心和责任感，行为举止文明礼貌。
4.Sound judgment, and strong
decision-making, problem-solving and follow up skills.
合理的判断力，决策力，问题的解决和跟进技巧。
