1.Maintain standard
of services that has been established by Spa Academy.

2.Ensure that all subordinate associates
maintain a professional image at all times to ensure a good service experience
for guests.

3.Be fully conversant with Banyan Tree Spa
services and facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations,
and to be able to up-sell Spa services and Spa products.
对于悦榕庄水疗的各种服务项目和设施设备要熟记于心, 便于随时对服务和产品进行升级销售。
