1. Oversee operations of both Angsana Suzhou Shishan and Banyan Tree Suzhou Shishan, ensuring smooth operation of two swimming pools, two gyms, Rangers’ Club, Banyan Tree Hot Spring, and the Gallery.
负责苏州狮山悦椿酒店和苏州狮山悦榕庄的整体运营，确保两个游泳池、两个健身房、儿童俱乐部、悦榕庄温泉以及悦椿阁的顺畅运营。
2. Oversee, supervise, and monitor daily operations in Spa, Hot Spring and Recreation areas of hotel complex to ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction.
在复合体酒店监督管理水疗，公共温泉和康乐区域的日常运营，确保卓越的服务和客人满意度。
3. Control departmental materials and inventory to ensure sufficient supplies for uninterrupted operations.

4. Maximize revenue by implementing effective sales and promotional strategies for Spa services and Recreation activities.
